Brandon Housing for Dakota

Brandon was experiencing a rental housing shortage. DOTCHA felt it was necessary to assist residents from its member Bands with additional housing options while they pursue continued education opportunities.

A number of multi-tenant residential buildings were developed to suit the available lots. The lots were optimized to provide an increased number of rental units without changing the nature of the neighbourhoods.
