Weston Park Place Housing Refresh

Weston Park Place Housing Refresh is an extensive renovation project of 300 apartment and townhouse units to upgrade the energy efficiency, material finishes and life safety systems. The scope of work includes building envelope upgrades, new windows, flooring, millwork, washroom fixtures, doors and hardware, HRV installations, and electrical life safety upgrades.

The design focuses on energy efficiency, durability and the detailing of materials and assemblies in order to improve the quality of life of its inhabitants, while reducing the complex's impact on the environment. The staged upgrades allowed for continuous occupancy of a large portion of the site and upgraded the community's social amenities spaces.
