Housing Refresh and Daycare

Lord Selkirk Housing Refresh was an extensive renovation project of 306 apartment and townhouse units to upgrade the energy efficiency, material finishes and life safety systems. The scope of work included building envelope upgrades, new windows, flooring, millwork, washroom fixtures, doors and hardware, HRV installations, and electrical life safety upgrades.

The program also included the insertion of a new daycare facility on the main level of 269 Dufferin Street, as well as new administrative offices and tenant amenities.
