Le Quartier apartments have been designed as luxury apartments, replacing an existing surface parking lot. The four storey mixed use building includes underground parking, commercial units facing Provencher Boulevard and residential suites on the upper three levels. The building has been designed to exceed the energy code standards by 22%, while allowing full tenant control within the suites.
