CFHA Housing

The retrofit project was developed to define a consistent building performance standard and to develop a catalogue of construction documents for future unit renovations for CFHA housing in Winnipeg. The design parameters were defined to address energy performance of the building as a whole, foundation drainage upgrades, exterior elevation streetscape aesthetic and accessibility upgrades.
